Role Summary
The IT Lead will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and The IT Operations & Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and management of enterprise-wide IT services, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability. This role encompasses oversight of IT Support and Systems Administration, ERP platforms, and Network/Cloud Infrastructure, driving operational excellence and aligning technology initiatives with business objectives. The candidate will lead cross-functional teams to deliver robust IT solutions, enforce compliance with industry standards,



and optimize performance through automation and innovation. The position requires deep technical expertise in cloud computing (AWS/Azure), network architecture, ERP systems (SAP/other ERP environments), and IT service management frameworks (ITIL), combined with robust leadership and project management capabilities. The manager will also be accountable for budget control, vendor management, and risk mitigation strategies, ensuring the organization’s IT ecosystem supports growth and resilience.
