Job Title: HR Analyst
Job Location: Vadodara (Gujarat)
Shift Timings: 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM / 04:00 PM to 01:00 AM

Role Overview
We’re looking for an HR analyst who can turn people data into business insights and help leaders make smarter workforce decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze headcount, attrition, hiring, compensation, attendance & workforce trends.
Build and maintain HR dashboards, MIS and business reports.
Track recruitment metrics — TAT, funnel, source effectiveness, offer-to-join, hiring cost.
Identify trends, gaps and root causes and provide actionable recommendations.
Support workforce planning, budgeting and compensation analysis.
Automate repetitive reports and improve HR data quality & processes.
Partner with HRBPs, TA, Finance and business leaders to solve people-related business problems.

What You Bring
5–9 years of experience in HR Analytics / People Analytics / HR MIS.
Solid Excel skills; Power BI/Tableau preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills.
Understanding of core HR metrics and processes.
