About the Role
We're looking for an energetic go-getter with strong B2B sales experience — someone comfortable navigating long sales cycles (6–18 months) and closing deals with large MNCs, industries, and institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by acquiring current clients for employee & student transportation services




Manage the complete B2B sales cycle — from prospecting to closing large-value institutional deals
Ensure profit margins are maintained on every deal closed
Build and sustain relationships with decision-makers across MNCs, industries, and institutions
Experience & Criteria
4–6 years of B2B sales experience
Proven experience selling to MNCs, industries, or institutions
Prior experience with long sales cycles (6–18 months) preferred
Must be based in Bangalore
Compensation
Salary based on relevant experience
Incentive: 0.5% of revenue generated (average deal size >₹1 crore)
