Role Description This full-time, on-site Quality Control Microbiologist role is based at the PEGGS INDIA plant in Rajpura. The role involves performing routine microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process samples,



and finished egg products to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. The Quality Control Microbiologist will operate and maintain laboratory equipment, prepare media and reagents, and document test results with high accuracy. Daily responsibilities include monitoring hygiene conditions, supporting root-cause analysis of quality deviations, and collaborating with production teams to implement corrective actions. The role also includes contributing to continuous improvement of laboratory methods, participating in internal audits, and supporting validation of new processes or products.
