Role Description The Brand Manager is responsible for shaping and executing The Skin Diet Company’s brand strategy, ensuring consistent and impactful positioning across all channels. This full-time, in office role in Mumbai involves planning and running integrated marketing campaigns, overseeing digital and social media presence, and managing brand collaborations and partnerships. The Brand Manager will coordinate product launches, work closely with design and content teams to develop brand assets, and ensure all communication reflects the brand’s values of clean beauty, inclusivity, and skin minimalism. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring brand performance, analyzing consumer insights, managing budgets, and preparing reports to guide strategic decisions. The role also involves working with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to support market growth and strengthen brand equity.
Qualifications
Strong brand management and marketing skills, including experience in brand positioning, campaign planning, and market analysis.




Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management, with the ability to drive engagement and build brand communities.
Experience in product and packaging collaboration, working with creative teams to develop consistent visual and verbal brand identity.
Ability to conduct and interpret consumer and market research to inform brand strategy and measure performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
Market place management.
Proven project management skills, including timeline oversight, budget management, and coordination with cross-functional stakeholders.
Prior experience in skincare, beauty, wellness, or FMCG sectors is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
