About the Role

We’re looking for a Category Manager to build and own our Beauty & Health business globally.

You’ll lead a team of KAMs, each responsible for a portfolio of brands, while owning the overall strategy, AOP, growth, and commercial performance of the category.

Your mandate goes beyond managing accounts. You’ll determine where and how our brands should grow - identifying recent markets, channels, and commercial opportunities; designing market-specific solutions using the Scale Global stack; and orchestrating our teams to deliver them.





This is a business ownership role for someone who understands the Beauty & Health ecosystem, can build strong client relationships, lead a commercial team, and grow a category across markets.

Key Responsibilities

Category Strategy & AOP: Build and deliver the global category plan across revenue, GMV, profitability, client growth and market expansion.
Business Performance: Own category revenue, margins, forecasts and portfolio health; identify performance gaps and drive corrective action.
Client Strategy & Solution Design: Understand each client’s ambitions and design market-by-market solutions across market entry, regulatory & trade, ecommerce, retail & distribution, fulfilment, commercial operations and growth.
Account Growth & Expansion: Grow existing accounts through new markets, channels, SKUs and adoption of additional Scale Global capabilities.
