Escalating deceased files that are not managed within timely manner and finding a resolution
Taking ownership of escalated deceased files and finding a resolution in a timely manner
Flexibility in moving across all stations of the business.

Manage cases of deceased customers for NAB, including:
Working with estate representatives and their legal teams to provide detailed information about the deceased's NAB relationship, and NAB's requirements to finalise an estate in a timely manner;
Completing process and documentation in support of estate management and finalisation;
Ensuring case notes are thorough, accurate and up to date to allow colleagues in Australia to liaise with the customer.
