Fixed pay : ₹25,00,000 to ₹30,00,000, plus performance bonus paid quarterly

Location : Remote from anywhere in India, working Dubai hours, which are 90 minutes behind you

Luxury For You is a Dubai based online retailer of designer fashion. We are an independent multi brand retailer. We sell to customers in the UAE and the United States, with the duties and the returns handled. Bags, shoes, ready to wear, from the houses you already know.
We run our own technology stack, not Shopify. We are now growing in the United States market alongside the UAE.
The job in one line
You own everything that turns money into orders. Meta, Google, the website funnel, email and WhatsApp retention, and the numbers that say whether any of it worked.
What you will actually own
· Meta and Google, hands on, in the account, every day. Two markets, UAE and US, in two currencies. Catalogue and agile product ads, Performance Max, Shopping, Search, and the feed underneath all of it.
· The budget.



A mid seven figure annual media budget across both platforms, and the decision of where every dirham and dollar of it goes.
· The funnel below the click. Add to bag, checkout, payment. Today far more people put something in a bag than finish a checkout, and closing that gap is worth more than any new campaign.
· Retention. Klaviyo email and SMS, WhatsApp flows, the win back and the abandoned cart. Our repeat rate is the number that decides whether paid acquisition is even affordable.
· Measurement you can defend. Platform reported return and actuals
· Merchandising decisions that marketing depends on. Which brands and categories to push in which market, and at what price.

Who this is for
· Four to seven years in growth or performance marketing, most of it in e-commerce or D2C.
· You have personally run Meta and Google accounts. Not managed an agency that ran them. In the account, building the campaign
