Role Description The Cruise Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for promoting and selling cruise packages, handling customer inquiries, and managing end-to-end booking processes. Day-to-day activities include advising customers on itinerary options, pricing, and onboard experiences; preparing quotations; processing reservations; and coordinating with cruise line partners and internal operations teams. The Cruise Sales Executive responds to calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries, maintains accurate records in the CRM system, and follows up on leads to convert them into confirmed bookings. The role also involves meeting sales targets, supporting marketing campaigns, resolving customer issues professionally, and providing after-sales assistance to ensure positive travel experiences.
Qualifications

Proven experience in travel or hospitality sales, preferably in cruises, tours, or holiday packages.




Robust customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Solid communication skills in English (verbal and written); additional languages are an advantage.
Familiarity with reservation systems, CRM tools, and basic MS Office applications.
Ability to work toward defined sales targets, manage a sales pipeline, and follow up on leads consistently.
Attention to detail in handling bookings, documentation, and payment processes.
Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment in Gurugram, with flexibility for peak travel seasons.
Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.

2 to 8 yrs of experience in US and UK Process is Mandatory.
GDS experience mandatory.
