We are looking for a dynamic, experienced and result-oriented professional to join our team as an Admission Manager & Academic Coordinator.

? Experience: 3–7 years in admissions in School / Colleges ,academic coordination , education counselling, or a related role
Key Responsibilities
Manage and drive the student admission process in School / Colleges from enquiry to enrollment.
Lead and motivate the admissions/counselling team to achieve enrollment targets.
Handle student and parent counselling and ensure a smooth admission experience.
Coordinate with academic departments, faculty and administration.
Manage academic schedules, student records, attendance and academic activities.
Coordinate orientations, examinations, events and other academic activities.
Maintain regular communication with students, parents and faculty.
Prepare admission and academic reports for management.




Ensure institutional policies and academic processes are followed effectively.
Candidate Profile
Graduate/Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution.
3–7 years of relevant experience in admissions, education counselling, academic administration or coordination.
Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Good knowledge of student admissions and academic processes.
Target-oriented, organized and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
