Role Overview:
The DGM/GM (Luxury Residential Sales) role is a leadership position responsible for driving sales strategy and execution for real estate projects in the Gurgaon/Gurugram region.

This role involves leading a sales team, managing channel partners, developing and implementing sales plans, and ensuring achievement of sales targets. The incumbent will work closely with the marketing, CRM, and project management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize revenue generation. This role directly impacts the company's revenue growth and market share within the competitive Gurgaon real estate landscape.

Key Responsibilities:




- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned projects in Gurgaon.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including brokers and real estate agents, to expand market reach.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
