Role Description The Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding Iron Aadmi’s reach and revenue by identifying new partnership opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, and nurturing long-term client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, developing pitch materials and proposals,



coordinating with editorial and marketing teams to align offerings with audience needs, and tracking performance against growth targets. The role will also involve market analysis, participation in industry events, and continuous optimization of sales and partnership strategies. This is a full time, on-site role based in Surat.
