Euler Motors is looking for an experienced Welfare Officer to join our plant HR team and support our growing EV manufacturing operations.
Experience: 5 to 10 Years
What were looking for:
Labour Welfare & Industrial Relations
Blue-collar / workmen handling
Labour law & statutory compliance
Employee grievance handling
Contract labour management
Government liaisoning
Welfare facilities & employee engagement
Disciplinary matters / domestic enquiry
Union handling will be an advantage
Experience supporting recent projects / workforce expansion is preferred
Qualifications: MSW / Labour Welfare / Industrial Relations preferred.
