About the Role
We’re looking for a Content & Creative Director who has a strong eye for fashion, culture, content, and visual storytelling, and knows how to turn an idea into content people actually want to watch.

This role will own the creative process across social content, campaigns, shoots, creator-led content, and brand communication. You’ll be responsible for developing concepts, building creative direction, directing shoots and content, and working closely with creators, designers, photographers, videographers, and the wider marketing team to bring ideas to life.





We’re particularly interested in someone who is an active creator/influencer themselves and naturally understands social media, trends, formats, aesthetics, and what makes content perform.

What You’ll Do
Develop creative concepts and content ideas across Instagram, Meta, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
Take ownership of the creative direction for shoots, Reels, campaigns, and creator-led content.
Translate brand and marketing objectives into strong, culturally relevant creative concepts.
Direct shoots and work closely with photographers, videographers, stylists, models, creators, and designers.
Build references, moodboards, visual directions, shot lists, and creative briefs for content.
Work with influencers and creators to develop content that feels authentic while staying aligned with LaFetch.
Collaborate with the design, performance marketing, influencer marketing, and brand teams from ideation
