Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Representative role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The Inside Sales Representative will engage with prospective learners, explain program offerings, and guide them through the enrollment process. Day-to-day tasks include handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role also involves nurturing relationships, addressing questions or concerns,



and collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to achieve enrollment and revenue targets. The Inside Sales Representative will be expected to meet defined sales goals while maintaining a strong focus on learner experience and satisfaction.
Qualifications

Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to convert inquiries into enrollments.
Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, focused on delivering clear information and a positive learner experience.
Account Management capabilities for maintaining relationships with enrolled learners and institutional partners.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, with confident telephone and video call etiquette.
Basic proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
