Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Intern role based in Coimbatore. The HR Intern will support day-to-day human resources operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, screening applications, and coordinating interviews. The role involves helping maintain employee records,



supporting the implementation of HR policies, and contributing to onboarding and orientation processes. The HR Intern will assist in coordinating employee engagement initiatives, administering basic employee benefits processes, and supporting personnel management tasks. The intern will collaborate with HR team members, prepare HR-related documentation and reports, and ensure adherence to company procedures and compliance standards.

Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in building a career in HR.
Ability to understand and support HR Policies and Employee Benefits processes.
Basic skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining employee records and assisting with employee lifecycle activities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
