Position: Sales Manager – Noida

About Role:
The Sales Manager – Noida will be responsible for driving room revenue and overall business generation from assigned feeder market of Noida and nearby region by developing and managing key corporate accounts, travel partners, government business, MICE opportunities, and other identified market segments.

Key Responsibilities
Drive room revenue and overall business generation for assigned hotels through proactive sales efforts.
Develop new corporate, travel trade, government, airline, PSU, and institutional accounts in Noida and nearby regions.
Identify and convert new business opportunities through market mapping and competitor analysis.
Generate leads for transient, long-stay, group, and MICE business.
Build, nurture, and maintain solid relationships with key corporate clients, travel management companies, travel agents, event planners, and business partners.
Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and hotel sales pitches.
Negotiate commercial agreements while maintaining profitability.




Prepare and execute monthly sales action plans aligned with business targets.
Conduct sales calls, site inspections, familiarization trips, and networking activities.
Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events representing Sarovar Hotels.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
Share market intelligence with Corporate Sales and hotel teams to enhance business performance.
Collaborate with hotel General Managers, Revenue, Reservations, Operations, and Corporate Sales teams for seamless execution of business opportunities.
Coordinate with hotels for RFP participation, rate negotiations, and contract renewals.
Maintain accurate sales reports, client databases, account plans, and sales forecasts.
Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales activity reports.
Track key performance indicators and recommend corrective actions wherever required.
