Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position involves conducting outbound and inbound calls to prospective learners, explaining program offerings, and guiding them through the enrollment process. The role includes qualifying leads, maintaining detailed records in the CRM, and following up consistently to convert prospects into active participants.



The Inside Sales Representative will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead flow, contribute to sales targets, and ensure a positive experience throughout the learner journey. Daily responsibilities also include addressing inquiries, resolving basic issues, and providing clear information to support decision-making.
Qualifications

Demonstrated Inside Sales experience, including handling high volumes of calls and meeting conversion or revenue targets.
Solid Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional, learner-focused communication.
Proficiency in Lead Generation activities, such as prospecting, qualifying leads, and nurturing opportunities through the sales funnel.
Experience with Account Management, including maintaining ongoing relationships and supporting repeat or referral business.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional regional langu
