Vendor payment planning.
Liquidity management and runway visibility.

3. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

Ensure timely and accurate statutory compliance across all entities.
Monthly GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory filings.
Zero compliance delays or penalties.
Timely audit support.
Maintenance of statutory records.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and statutory bodies
Prepare audit working papers and respond to audit queries
Support tax planning and ensure compliance across all geographies
Flag regulatory changes that impact the business

4. Entity Management & Corporate Compliance





Own the governance and compliance requirements of all entities within the group.
Entity incorporations.
ROC and MCA compliances.
Trademark, IP, licenses, certifications, and regulatory filings.
Maintenance of statutory registers and corporate records.

5. Inter-Entity Management

Manage financial and compliance requirements across the holding company and subsidiaries.
Inter-company accounting and reconciliations.
Transfer of funds and documentation.
Compliance across HoldCo and subsidiary entities.
Accurate inter-company reporting.
