Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Online Sales & Marketplace Executive to manage and optimize the company's online business across platforms such as Zomato and Swiggy.



The role involves handling online sales data, maintaining accurate records in Excel, analyzing sales trends, coordinating with marketplace support teams, managing advertisements, and ensuring smooth communication between platform representatives and restaurant managers. The role also covers day-to-day management of the brands' Google Business Profiles. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical ability, good Excel skills, and hands-on experience in handling food delivery marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and manage online sales across Swiggy and Zomato for multiple restaurant brands.
• Collect and maintain sales data from delivery platforms and organize it in Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Analyze sales performance and identify trends to support better decision-making.
