Key Responsibilities:
Data Management:
· Assist in data collection, validation and reporting using Excel.
· Generate reports and circulate to relevant stakeholders on a daily/weekly/monthly
frequency as prescribed
· Maintain updated details on CRM tools (Dashboard, Bitrix, etc).

Document & Compliance Management
· Maintain organized records of various signed documents
· Track the onboarding process of fund.




· Support the Compliance team in ensuring timely document execution
and compliance filings.

MIS & Reporting
· Maintain and update MIS trackers for startup commitments, fund receipts, and pending investments.
· Updating and sending EOD reports daily.
· Generate monthly MIS reports for Relationship Managers (RMs).
· Provide data required for different management reports on ad-hoc requests
· Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Qualification:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field.
Experience: Minimum 1 year previous experience in MIS, Ops, finance or a related area is preferred, either as full-time employment or internship/industry project.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
