Responsibilities
Assist in handling Sommer Beauty's social media accounts (@sommerbeautyindia)
Shoot and edit on-brand content directly on iPhone — conceptualizing, filming, and editing to bring our products and brand story to life in a way that reflects the Sommer aesthetic and voice
Stay on top of the latest Instagram trends, reels formats, and beauty content trends, and put a distinct Sommer spin on them
Analyze social media data and performance, and translate insights into changes that drive steady growth
Develop personalized marketing strategies for the brand
Conduct research on current trends and audience preferences
Understand social platform mechanics and algorithms well enough to create content with genuine viral potential
Generate brand-specific content ideas independently, not just execute briefs
Communicate clearly and consistently with the team
Genuine love for makeup,



skincare, or beauty brands is a must
