Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in the Pune District. The Sales Manager will oversee sales activities for resistance spot welding equipment and robotic welding automation solutions, including prospecting current clients, managing existing accounts, and building long-term customer relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, preparing and delivering product presentations,



coordinating technical discussions with the engineering team, and developing proposals and quotations. The role involves tracking sales performance, forecasting revenue, and reporting on market trends and competitor activities. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with operations, service, and management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support strategic business growth.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in welding, automation, or heavy engineering sectors.
Strong skills in customer relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals.
Ability to understand technical specifications and communicate complex solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Competence in sales planning, pipeline management, and use of CRM or sales tracking tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; regional language proficiency is an
