Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing and deepening relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their financial protection and savings needs,



and recommending suitable life insurance solutions. The Relationship Manager will support sales targets by generating leads, conducting customer meetings, and ensuring timely follow-up and policy issuance. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and distribution partners, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company guidelines. The role also includes providing ongoing service support, handling customer queries, and promoting a positive customer experience throughout the policy lifecycle.
