As Infinite expands its presence across Europe, we are looking for a Europe Market Development & ABM Lead to help us build market visibility, create executive engagement and generate qualified opportunities across our priority accounts.
This is not a traditional marketing role.
We are looking for someone who can combine Account-Based Marketing, demand generation, market development and executive outreach to create conversations with the right decision-makers across Europe.

What you will do
You will work closely with the Europe leadership team to:
Build and execute ABM programmes across priority European accounts
Identify relevant CXO personas, buying signals, account priorities and warm routes into target organisations
Develop targeted outreach strategies across LinkedIn, email, calls and other channels
Personally drive and coordinate executive outreach to generate senior-level meetings
Build account-level engagement plans for priority prospects
Support partner-led campaigns with technology and ecosystem partners




Identify market themes and insights that can be converted into relevant campaigns and client conversations
Work with Infinite’s marketing team to develop campaign assets, messaging, digital presence and amplification
Support executive roundtables and focused market-development initiatives where they can create meaningful engagement
Track outreach, engagement, meetings and opportunities through to qualified pipeline

What we are looking for
You may come from B2B technology, SaaS, consulting or IT services, and ideally bring 7–10 years of experience across areas such as:
Account-Based Marketing
Demand Generation
Inside Sales / Executive Outreach
Market Development
Strategic Account Engagement

You should be comfortable personally engaging prospects and driving outreach — not just managing campaigns or agencies.
Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, marketing automation and account-intelligence tools would be valuable.
