Role Description The General Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring service quality, and driving business growth for Truck Sathi. This role includes managing branch activities, coordinating GPS, FASTag, and insurance service delivery, and optimizing operational processes to improve customer experience and profitability.



The General Manager will lead and mentor cross-functional teams, set performance goals, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies for sales, marketing, and customer retention. They will handle key client relationships, address escalations, coordinate with vendors and partners, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves budgeting, forecasting, reporting to senior leadership, and identifying new market opportunities in the transport and logistics sector.

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in transport, logistics, automotive, or related service industries.
