Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end sales and business development for Protrainy’s courses and training programs.
Generate and convert leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Understand learner requirements and recommend the right courses based on their career goals.
Conduct effective sales counselling, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.
Handle customer objections related to pricing, course value, competition, and decision-making.
Negotiate and close deals while consistently achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain and manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.
Update lead, follow-up, and conversion details accurately in the CRM.
Build robust relationships with prospective learners and improve conversion rates.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, referrals, and repeat business.
Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams to improve the overall sales journey.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and share reports with the reporting manager.
Support and guide junior sales team members whenever required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Inside Sales, B2C Sales, or EdTech sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
Excellent objection-handling and sales counselling abilities.
Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead management, and conversion metrics.
