Role Description The Inventory Clerk is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing materials, including verifying shipments, recording deliveries, and organizing storage areas. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate physical inventory counts, updating inventory records in digital systems, preparing items for shipping, and coordinating receiving activities with project and procurement teams. The Inventory Clerk will also monitor stock levels,



identify discrepancies, assist with periodic audits, and support smooth material flow to design, installation, and maintenance teams. Clear communication with internal stakeholders and adherence to safety and handling procedures are essential.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust skills in Shipping & Receiving, including verifying deliveries, preparing shipments, and handling documentation.
Candidates should possess skills in Physical Inventory and Inventory Control to perform accurate counts, track stock movements, and maintain organized storage.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.
