Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Brand and Marketing Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The Brand and Marketing Manager will oversee brand-building initiatives, create and execute marketing campaigns, and develop strategies to enhance brand positioning and market presence. Key responsibilities include monitoring market trends, coordinating cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders, managing online and offline communication channels, and analyzing campaign performance to drive business goals. The Brand and Marketing Manager will also be responsible for developing and managing a branding and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies aligned with the company’s vision and objectives
Independently create and manage social media content across platforms while simultaneously building and leading a marketing team to scale content production. Build, maintain, and strengthen brand identity across all platforms and touchpoints
Plan and manage marketing campaigns (digital, social media, offline, and partnerships)




Oversee content creation, messaging, and brand communication
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities
Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective use of resources
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies
Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data and results
Lead and guide the marketing team to achieve targets and maintain brand consistency

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing (Preferred), Business, Communications, or a related field
Higher education (master’s degree or equivalent) is preferred
3–5 years of relevant experience in branding and marketing roles
Robust branding and marketing expertise, with experience using relevant software tools, applications, AI and web-based platforms.
