Role Description The Relationship Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore,



responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers in line with the bank’s financial inclusion and service-focused mission. The role involves engaging with new and existing customers, understanding their financial needs, and recommending appropriate savings, deposit, and credit products. The Relationship Officer will manage customer queries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive, professional service experience at all times. Daily tasks include achieving sales and portfolio quality targets, conducting outreach and follow-ups, supporting branch operations, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience and contribute to the growth of the branch.
