We are looking for a proactive and organised Operations Coordinator to support and coordinate our operations across:
Life Insurance | Mediclaim | Mutual Funds
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor the day-to-day work of the operations team.
- Follow up on policy issuance, renewals, servicing, claims and client requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, insurance companies, AMCs and other service providers.
- Track pending activities and ensure timely completion.
- Prepare basic MIS and operational reports.
- Help improve processes and ensure proper documentation.
- Support implementation and usage of our in-house CRM.
Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of experience in insurance, mutual funds, financial services or related operations.
- Positive communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable handling multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and digital tools.
- CRM experience will be an added advantage.
- Should be willing to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
