We’re looking for talented MEP professionals to join our design team and work across exciting commercial interior fit-out projects.

Mechanical Engineer – MEP Design

Experience: 5–7 years
Location: Pune | Employment: Full-Time
What you’ll do:
• HVAC heat load calculations and system sizing
• Duct & chilled water piping layouts




• Mechanical equipment selection & sizing
• BOQs and technical specifications
• Coordination with architecture, interiors & structural teams
• Site visits, design validation & installation checks
• Vendor and contractor coordination
• Review of contractor shop drawings for clash-free execution
Skills: AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP/Carrier HAP, NBC, ASHRAE, BOQ & cost estimation
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Electrical Engineer – MEP Design
Experience: 5–7 years
Location: Pune | Employment: Full time
What you’ll do:
• Electrical load calculations & demand analysis
• LV panels, distribution boards & cable sizing
• Lighting layouts & lux level calculations
• Fire alarm and LV/IT system integration
• Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) & schematics
• BOQs and technical specifications
• Coordination with landlord/base-building teams & contractors
• Site validation, commissioning assistance & as-built verificatio
