Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Manager - Enterprise Sales to lead and scale a high-performing sales team while driving enterprise revenue growth. This role combines team leadership, strategic pipeline management, and hands-on enterprise selling, with ownership of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on sales leader who can coach and develop a 15–20 member team, manage complex enterprise opportunities, drive strong sales discipline, and step into critical deals when required.

What You’ll Own:
Own monthly and quarterly sales targets, with clear accountability for revenue numbers.
Own the performance of a 15–20 member sales team through structured reviews, coaching, and accountability.
Drive pipeline health, forecasting, conversion,



and deal velocity.
Own large enterprise opportunities from discovery and solutioning through commercials, negotiation, and closure.
Ensure strong sales discipline across CRM hygiene, follow-ups, demos, proposals, and closing plans.

Candidate We’re Looking For:
B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, CPaaS, CRM, cloud telephony, or enterprise technology.
Proven experience leading a sales team; experience managing 15+ people is strongly preferred.
A proven track record of consistently carrying and delivering revenue targets.
Experience personally handling complex enterprise deals with CXO, IT, procurement, and business stakeholders.
Robust command of sales metrics, forecasting, and funnel management.
A hands-on manager who can coach a team and step into a deal when required.
