Role Description The Sales Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, responsible for driving business growth and client acquisition for Studio Red Interiors. This role includes identifying and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, and presenting design and execution services to prospective clients. The Sales Lead will conduct client meetings, prepare proposals,



negotiate terms, and coordinate closely with design and project teams to ensure a smooth handover from sales to execution. Daily responsibilities also include tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate CRM records, and contributing to sales strategies and campaigns. The position requires active engagement in local networking, follow-ups, and client relationship management to support long-term partnerships.
