nJob Overview
nWe are looking for a highly experienced, entrepreneurial and connected Head of Music to build, lead and scale our entire Music Vertical.
nThe ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the music ecosystem and strong relationships across artists, artist managers, labels, music publishers, DSPs, brands, agencies, platforms and the wider entertainment industry.
nThis is an end-to-end leadership role. The VP – Music will be responsible for building the artist ecosystem, scouting and onboarding talent, developing artists, managing releases, driving partnerships and brand opportunities, growing revenue, and ultimately building the music vertical into a robust, scalable business.
nThe person should be equally comfortable discussing music and artists as they are discussing commercial deals, partnerships, P&L;, brand integrations, digital platforms and business strategy.

nKey Responsibilities
n1. Build & Own the Music Vertical

- Take complete ownership of the Music business and its growth strategy.n
- Define the vision, positioning and long-term roadmap for the music vertical.n
- Build the vertical from the ground up and establish scalable processes across scouting, artist management, releases, partnerships and monetisation.n
- Own business targets, revenue growth, profitability and overall performance of the vertical.n
- Identify recent revenue streams, business opportunities and areas for expansion within the music ecosystem.n
- Build and lead a high-performing music team across A&R;, artist management, partnerships, marketing, servicing and operations.n
