Role Description The Wedding Planner will manage end-to-end planning and execution of weddings, including concept development, venue coordination, vendor management, timelines, and in office supervision. Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand their preferences, creating detailed event plans and budgets, coordinating décor, catering, entertainment, and logistics,



and ensuring all elements align with the client’s vision. The role involves regular communication with vendors and partners, overseeing checklists and schedules, and resolving issues quickly to maintain smooth operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring presence at meetings, rehearsals, and events, often including evenings and weekends as needed.
