Role Description : We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Commercial Real Estate to drive business growth and revenue generation across our commercial real estate portfolio.




The ideal candidate will have strong experience in commercial real estate sales / leasing, business development, client acquisition, negotiations and deal closures, with an established network across corporates, investors, HNIs, channel partners and property consultants.
This is a target-driven, business-facing leadership role requiring strong market knowledge, commercial acumen and the ability to independently drive transactions from lead generation to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive commercial real estate sales, leasing and business development initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and develop recent business opportunities across commercial real estate segments.
Generate business through direct sales, corporate relationships, channel partners, brokers and industry networks.
