Role Description The Reddit Marketer role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Chennai, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.



The role involves planning and executing Reddit marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate qualified leads for IECHM’s manufacturing and product development services. Day-to-day tasks include identifying relevant subreddits, creating and posting content, participating in community discussions, and building relationships with moderators and community members in an authentic, policy-compliant manner. The Reddit Marketer will monitor performance metrics, conduct A/B testing on posts and campaigns, and refine approaches based on data insights. Collaboration with the design, engineering, and sales teams is expected to translate complex technical offerings into transparent, compelling narratives suitable for Reddit’s audience.
Qualifications
