Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role for a Technical Sales Manager based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Technical Sales Manager will lead efforts to drive sales, manage client accounts, and maintain strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include presenting and selling technical solutions, providing technical support to clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets,



and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Technical Sales and Sales with the ability to present and communicate technical solutions effectively to clients.
Experience in Account Management with the capability to nurture client relationships and manage sales pipelines.
Proficiency in providing Technical Support and resolving client inquiries related to technical products or services.
Strong Customer Service skills to address and anticipate client needs, fostering loyalty and satisfaction.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Experience in construction equipment or related industries is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
