Role Description This is a full-time, in office Field Sales and Marketing Executive role based in Bhopal. The role involves identifying and approaching potential customers for solar and EV solutions, conducting site visits, explaining product offerings, and preparing basic proposals in coordination with the technical team. The executive will manage leads, follow up with prospects,



and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat and referral business. Daily activities include executing local marketing campaigns, supporting promotional events, coordinating with dealers and partners, and gathering market feedback on competitors and customer preferences. The role also requires maintaining accurate sales reports, meeting assigned targets, and representing the company professionally in the field.
Qualifications
Strong field sales skills, including prospecting, lead follow-up, and relationship management with residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Marketing abilities such as executing local campaigns, supporting events, and promoting solar and EV charging solutions within the assigned territory.
Basic understanding of solar energy systems, EV charging infrastructure, and clean energy concepts, with willingness to learn technical details.
