ABOUT NIRMAAN CAPITAL
Nirmaan Capital Management Private Limited (“Nirmaan Capital”) is an India-focused special situations investment platform and is currently in the process of setting up a SEBI Category I Special Situation Fund (SSF) under the Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) framework.

The proposed Fund will have a target corpus of ₹1,000 crore, comprising an initial corpus of ₹750 crore with a ₹250 crore greenshoe option.

The Nirmaan Special Situation Trust has been registered and Nirmaan Capital is currently finalising the Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) and other fund documentation. The PPM is proposed to be submitted to SEBI in the first week of October 2026.

Nirmaan Capital will focus on investment opportunities in stressed assets, distressed credit, insolvency-led situations, special situations and structured investments, with a disciplined approach to underwriting, value creation and resolution.

Qualification

Experience
