Brookinton Solutions is expanding its academic outreach and institutional partnerships and is looking for a proactive Telecaller Executive to support its Business Development team.

The role will focus on cold calling colleges and educational institutions, identifying relevant decision-makers, generating qualified leads, and maintaining accurate institutional data in Excel.
Key Responsibilities
· Make cold calls to colleges, universities and educational institutions to introduce Brookinton Solutions and its training programmes.
· Identify and connect with relevant decision-makers, including Principals, Placement Officers, Training & Placement Heads, HODs and other institutional representatives.
· Explain the purpose of the call clearly and professionally and generate interest in Brookinton's training programmes.
· Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the Sales/Business Development person.
· Follow up with institutions as required and update the status of each lead.
· Source and build the institutional database independently.
· Research colleges,



universities and relevant institutional contacts through appropriate sources.
· Maintain and regularly update the institutional database in Excel, including institution name, contact details, decision-maker details, call status, follow-up date, meeting status and other relevant information.
· Ensure that all call activity and lead information is accurately recorded and up to date.
· Coordinate closely with the Sales/Business Development person and provide complete information on qualified leads and scheduled meetings.
· Share daily/weekly calling and lead-generation updates with the reporting manager.
· Achieve assigned calling, qualified-lead and meeting-generation targets.
