Role Description The Programme Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in South Delhi. The Programme Manager will oversee planning, implementation, and monitoring of education, women empowerment, and skill development projects,



ensuring alignment with the organization’s vision and donor commitments. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with field teams, community stakeholders, and partners, supervising project timelines and budgets, and preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. The role involves designing and refining programme frameworks, tracking key performance indicators, and supporting impact assessments and evaluations. The Programme Manager will also contribute to proposal development, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement of programme quality and reach.
Qualifications
Strong programme management abilities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting for multi-site projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with communities, partners, and internal teams.
Experience in the social sector, preferably in education, women empowerment, skill development, or community
