Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Billing Specialist to join our Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) Billing team. In this role,



you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timely execution of billing activities, maintaining high-quality standards, and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
The Australia and New Zealand Billing team is a critical unit responsible for supporting the day-to-day billing operations for our local business, where we pride ourselves on precision, operational excellence, and exceptional service delivery.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Process manual invoices, credit notes, and re-bill requests through the source system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for all customer accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to maintain accurate customer profiles, generate month-end reports, and manage specific or non-standard billing activities.
