FlashReach is a performance marketing and AI content studio specialising in D2C fashion and apparel brands. We run paid media, produce AI-driven video and static creative, and optimise brand websites for conversion.

About the role
This is a creative-first role. AI content creation and generation is the core of the job, not a side task. You will spend most of your time producing AI video and static creative for our clients' paid campaigns. Performance marketing skills (Meta ads, campaign optimisation, reporting) will be taught on the job, so you do not need prior ads experience. What you do need is a robust creative instinct and real comfort with AI content tools.

What you'll do
Produce short-form video for reels and paid ads using AI video tools such as Higgsfield, Kling, OpenAI/Sora, Runway and Google Veo
Create AI-generated statics, product visuals and ad creatives using tools like Midjourney, OpenAI and similar
Write hooks, scripts, voiceovers and captions for social and ad content (AI voice tools such as ElevenLabs, avatars via HeyGen a plus)




Build and manage a high-volume creative bank so campaigns always have fresh variations to test
Support day-to-day social media content and scheduling across client accounts
Track which creatives perform, and feed that back into the next round of ideas
Stay current on new AI content tools and models, and test them for us first

What we're looking for
A genuinely creative person with good taste in content and visuals
Hands-on experience with at least two AI video or image generation tools
Some social media experience: running a page, freelance content, brand or college projects, or your own following
Ability to write short, punchy copy and hooks
Comfort working fast, iterating on feedback, and producing volume without losing quality
A portfolio, showreel, or content samples. This is required and matters more than your resume
