Role Description The Head of Sales and Business Development is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role is responsible for leading the sales strategy, driving business growth, and expanding the company’s portfolio of construction projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and mentoring the sales team, overseeing key account relationships,



identifying current business opportunities, executing sales plans, and monitoring performance metrics. The role also involves collaborating with senior leadership on revenue targets, building partnerships including joint venture opportunities, conducting market analysis, and ensuring high-quality customer engagement and service.

Qualifications
8–15 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Project Acquisition, Sales, or Commercial roles within the construction, infrastructure, EPC, PMC, or related sectors.
Proven track record of identifying, pursuing, negotiating, and successfully securing construction projects and large-value contracts.
Strong network and established relationships with industrial clients, corporate clients, developers, EPC contractors, Project Management Consultants (PMCs), architects, consultants, and other key industry stakeholders.
