Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Media & Finance Executive to join our
energetic team at Adapts Media. This role combines both media management and
financial responsibilities, making it ideal for someone with a strong foundation in both
finance and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
• Invoice Generation: Manage and generate accurate invoices for clients,
ensuring all necessary details are captured and sent on time.
• GST, TDS, and VAT Filing: Handle the filing of GST, TDS, and VAT returns as per
applicable regulations.
• Purchase and Booking Orders: Oversee purchase orders, booking orders, and
ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
• Client Coordination & Payment Follow-Up: Liaise with clients to ensure timely




payments and manage follow-up processes.
• Accounting & Audits: Perform internal audits, manage financial records in Tally,
and ensure accuracy in accounting processes.
• Advanced Excel Reporting: Use advanced Excel skills to generate financial
reports, manage data, and analyze trends.
• Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients
and internal teams.

• Skills & Requirements:
• Proficiency in Tally accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, VAT filing, and other financial regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Advanced Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
