Roles and Responsibilities:
Plan and conceptualize creative creative solutions aligned with client and brand objectives, while defining the creative scope of work.
Collaborate closely with the Business Development/Sales team to understand brand briefs and develop compelling, value-added strategies and solutions for pitches.
Develop, write, adapt, and present creative proposals, pitch presentations, campaign concepts,



and brand solutions.
Create digital-led strategies, branded content, integrations, Intellectual Properties, and 360-degree multimedia solutions across platforms.
Develop persuasive and engaging pitches and presentations that effectively communicate the creative proposition and contribute to client conversion.
Work closely with the Creative and Sales teams across both the pre-sales and execution stages to ensure seamless delivery of proposed solutions.
Guide the creative team in developing ideas that are innovative, objective, relevant to the brief, and capable of driving campaign success.
Assist and contribute to large-scale projects, ensuring creative solutions are delivered within defined timelines and objectives.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and translating them into effective creative solutions.
