Role Description The Senior Manager – Solar Open Access Business will lead the strategy,



development, and execution of solar open access projects and commercial arrangements, focusing on industrial and commercial consumers in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This full-time, in office role involves identifying and acquiring customers, structuring open access solutions, and managing contracts, regulatory approvals, and stakeholder relationships. The position includes coordinating with technical, financial, legal, and operations teams to design bankable solutions, oversee project implementation, and ensure long-term performance of solar open access assets. The Senior Manager will monitor policy changes, market trends, and tariff structures, and translate them into actionable business plans and proposals. The role also requires preparing business cases, supporting energy trading and optimization strategies, and contributing to the growth of HYSOLWIN’s integrated clean energy portfolio.
