About the Role

FairFinance is looking for a CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, nurture leads, and support conversions within the Loans & Credits division.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, maintaining regular follow-ups, providing accurate information about financial services, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from Lead → Prospect → Client.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage communication with potential and existing customers.
- Nurture leads through regular and structured follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest relevant financial solutions.
- Explain loan products, processes, documentation, and timelines clearly.
- Recommend suitable alternative products when the primary requirement cannot be fulfilled.




- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.
- Track follow-ups, conversations, and lead stages.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requirements.
- Maintain professionalism, transparency, and trust in all customer interactions.

CRM Platform

HubSpot CRM

Candidates should have working knowledge of HubSpot or a similar CRM platform.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in CRM, customer relationship management, client servicing, sales support, or similar roles.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, insurance, or loan advisory will be an advantage.
